Who we are

A&A Financial Consulting is a financial consulting firm that brings finance leadership to owner-run U.S. businesses. We help owners plan budgets, control costs, understand their margins and manage working capital, and we train their teams to keep those routines after the engagement.

The firm is led by Natalia Arantes, a CFO with more than 15 years in finance, and Lucas Rosa de Arantes, who leads sales and brings an IT, cloud and security background. Together they built Mentor IA, a cash-flow application that gives clients a live, explained picture of their cash, so consulting and technology work from the same numbers.

Our mission

Help small businesses make financial decisions with the clarity of a company that has its own CFO.

Small employers carry the same cost pressure and cash-flow swings as larger firms, with far less finance support. We exist to close that gap.

How we help small businesses

From understanding cash to accessing credit and growing with confidence.

Understand your cash

We map how money moves through the business and explain what drives it, so profit and cash stop being a mystery.

Plan ahead

Budgets, rolling forecasts and scenarios show tight months before they arrive.

See cash flow clearly

Regular plan-versus-actual reporting and Mentor IA give owners a current picture of cash.

Our objectives

Three goals guide every engagement and every product decision.

Make CFO-level finance accessible

Bring the planning, control and analysis that larger companies take for granted within reach of owner-run businesses.
